• Soak a handful Smokey Olive Wood Smoking Chips in fresh water for 30 minutes
• Wrap the chips in a piece of aluminum foil, leaving both ends open
• Place the aluminum foil with the chips on your hot grill
• Once the chips start emitting smoke, place your grill goods on the grill
