In order to use our Oven Smoker attachment on your Big Pig, you’ll need this 5 piece adapter kit. It creates a safe mounting for the Oven Smoker, and includes a retaining system for safety and stability. The best part is, we’ve designed this adapter so that you can keep cooking with pans on the other side!

Ozpig Oven Smoker

Designed to be used in conjunction with the Ozpig - the Oven Smoker is capable of maintaining stable temperatures for low and slow cooking and smoking ( Great for American Style BBQ ). Temperatures can be dialled up for roasting meats and vegetables all the way through-to much higher heats for cooking wood fired pizzas, giving it true versatility.

 

*Please note, if you are purchasing the Oven Smoker for the Big Pig, the Adaptor Plate is required.
