The Broil King Gem 310 Shadow gas BBQ is a three-burner outdoor grill built for those who want serious grilling performance without taking up half the garden. Compact in footprint but capable in every other way, the Gem 310 Shadow delivers real Broil King performance, consistent heat, genuine flavour, and durable construction in a grill that fits smaller patios and decking areas comfortably.
Three stainless steel Dual-Tube™ burners deliver a combined 6.9kW of main burner output, controlled by Linear-Flow™ valves with 180° Sensi-Touch™ precision. Whether you’re cooking low and slow or cranking the heat for a full sear, the Gem 310 gives you accurate zone control across the full cooking surface. The Flav-R-Wave™ cooking system vaporises drippings as they fall, sending flavour back into the food and protecting the burners from flare-ups at the same time.
With 2,774 sq. cm. of total cooking area, including 1,903 sq. cm. of primary Flav-R-Cast™ iron cooking space, the Gem 310 comfortably handles a family meal. Cast-iron grids retain heat evenly and deliver the kind of sear marks you’d expect from a much larger grill. The chrome-coated warming rack gives you extra space for sides, sauces, or toasting buns while the main food cooks below.
The Therma-Cast™ aluminium cook box is built for year-round outdoor use, resisting corrosion and retaining heat efficiently in all weathers. Sure-Lite™ electronic ignition means a fast, reliable start every time. Black resin drop-down side shelves with integrated tool hooks keep prep space within reach and fold flat when not in use, making storage straightforward. The metallic charcoal powder-coated front panel and black lid insert give the Gem 310 its distinctive Shadow finish.
